Payments

Payment amounts, due dates, and any deposit or milestone requirements are stated in the applicable project agreement or invoice. Clients are responsible for approved fees and expenses described there.

Intellectual property

Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables are defined in the applicable project agreement. Das Creative LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, and tools unless otherwise agreed in writing.
