Refunds & cancellations

Our work is custom and project-based. The cancellation and refund terms below apply unless a signed project agreement states different terms.

Before work begins

A client may cancel before work begins for a refund of project fees paid, less any non-refundable third-party costs that the client approved.

After work begins

If a client cancels after work begins, the client is responsible for work completed through the cancellation date and for approved, non-cancellable expenses. Any prepaid amount above those charges will be refunded.

Completed work

Fees for completed and delivered services are not refundable. If you believe an invoice or charge is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review it.
